Ms. Holly Flores
Holly Flores has worked as the Center Director since June of 1997. Holly has worked with children since 1994 where she was a preschool teacher for Hickam Child Development Center on Hickam Air Force Base in Hawaii. After moving back to Ohio she completed her degree in Early Childhood Education. One of the things she enjoys the most is working with her staff in their classrooms and watching them develop. She can often be found interacting with the children in the building where she can continue her passion for lesson planning and setting up an engaging classroom. Holly is most proud of her dedicated long term teaching staff. Along with hard work and dedication to children, she has seen the center through several NAEYC Accreditations and was the first KinderCare in Cincinnati to achieve a Star 4 quality rating through the state Step Up To Quality Program. She is eager to meet you and your child and comes to work everyday with a smile knowing that KinderCare provides a quality early childhood experience at her school.
