Ms. Holly Flores
Holly Flores has worked as the Center Director since June of 1997. Holly has worked with children since 1994 where she was a preschool teacher for Hickam Child Development Center on Hickam Air Force Base in Hawaii. After moving back to Ohio she completed her degree in Early Childhood Education. One of the things she enjoys the most is working with her staff in their classrooms and watching them develop. She can often be found interacting with the children in the building where she can continue her passion for lesson planning and setting up an engaging classroom. Holly is most proud of her dedicated long term teaching staff. Along with hard work and dedication to children, she has seen the center through several NAEYC Accreditations and was the first KinderCare in Cincinnati to achieve a Star 4 quality rating through the state Step Up To Quality Program. She is eager to meet you and your child and comes to work everyday with a smile knowing that KinderCare provides a quality early childhood experience at her school.

Becky Neiheisel
Becky is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a degree in Family & Child Development. She has worked in the Early Childhood field since 2006 as an after school teacher. Since joining our team, she has worked with our teaching staff to promote and develop skills as a Program Specialist. Becky is excited to further her career in an accredited, star rated education environment as the Assistant Director of Five Mile Road KinderCare!

Ms. Michele Nickum
Michele joined our team in 2015. She previously worked with 5/3rd Bank, loves young children and cooking! After retiring from the banking world, this was the perfect job for her! Michele opens our infant room each day and then happily cooks three nutritious meals a day for the children in our center. Michele is a grandmother of 2 and sent her own daughters to our center 20 years ago!

Miss Destiney Belt
Destiney is a student at the University of Cincinnati, studying Early Childhood Education. she has years of experience working with children as a sitter and older sibling, but was eager to get hands-on knowledge at a quality childcare program. She works at our center and at KinderCare Witt Road as a floater/teacher when is not attending class.

Miss Wayneisha Rice
Wayneisha has been a part of the Five Mile Rd family for many years, as her brother and sister both are graduates of our program! She is eager to learn more about preschool and describes herself as fun and caring! Wayneisha has works as an Assistant Teacher in the Preschool and Teacher in the School Age Classrooms.
