Ms. Kristin Blair
Kristin joined KinderCare in 2008, shortly after graduating from Ohio State University with a degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences. She began in childcare as a Toddler Teacher and worked as a Program Specialist and Assistant Director before becoming the Center Director. In a management role, she feels she can make the most impact on children's lives. Kristin hires the most qualified, dedicated teachers to enrich the lives of children by providing rich educational opportunities and trusting relationships. She is passionate about providing a quality learning facility filled with caring educators that are committed to providing the best possible service. Katie Ezell
Katie graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. After college she joined the Peace Corps where she taught English in Thailand for two years. Before returning home she spent a month and a half traveling through Asia experiencing the different cultures and people. After returning home Katie started working for KinderCare where she has worked as a Toddler teacher and taught Learning Adventures. She has been an Assistant Director since 2011.

Ms. Sandra
Ms. Sandra has worked in the Infant Classroom for over fourteen years. She is very loving and warm with the babies. Ms. Sandra is a great comfort to all our new parents who are leaving their new babies for the first time because of her years of her experience and education, including a certificate in Early Childhood Education from Queen City Vocational Center. Ms. Sandra’s philosophy is that the more she learns about teaching and molding young minds, the more she can pass on to the children as they learn and grow. She is honored to be a part of each child’s life and she loves and cares for each child as if they were her own.<br />

Ms. Tamica has been working with children for 5 years and has served all groups from infants to school agers. She provides the best possible care for her children by loving each one like they were her very own. Her compassion and loving nature makes her an excellent teacher and caregiver for all of the children in her class.

Ms. Brittonie
Ms. Brittonie has her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Cincinnati State. She has been working with young children for over 10 years and has four children of her own. She loves teaching because she can positively influence the lives and futures of the children around us. Her favorite activities to do with her class are ones that allow the children to be their most creative.
