Kate

Hello, my name is Kate Joseph and I am the owner of The Goddard School located in Cincinnati on Red Bank Expressway. I live in Cincinnati with my husband and four children, all of which graduated from The Goddard School. I opened the school in 2008 and am happy to be able to provide an outstanding preschool experience to the children in this community. Having my children graduate from our program, I know the importance of talented teachers and a safe and nurturing learning environment.

Bridget

Our Educational Director, Bridget Crozier joined us shortly after our school opened in 2008. She has been a director since 2000. She has her Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati and continues to expand her education through Goddard University. In addition, she has been a member of an AdvancED Quality Assurance Review Team and is Certified Trainer for the State of Ohio. Bridget is part of the Director Mentor Program for Goddard Systems, Inc.

Jackie

Our Assistant Director, Jackie Brannock joined our program in 2014 as a Lead Preschool Teacher and was promoted in 2022 to the Assistant Director position overseeing our Health and Safety. She has been working with young children since 2007. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor's Degree in Middle Grades Education.
Ms Kaitlyn

Meet the 2024 Midwest Toddler Teacher of the Year! Ms. Kaitlyn joined The Goddard School in 2022 as a Lead Toddler Teacher and was then promoted to Assistant Director of Curriculum in 2024. Since joining our program, she achieved the 2024 Midwest Toddler Teacher of the Year Award! Ms. Kaitlyn is a dedicated teacher that takes time to get to know each child’s needs as well as their family’s needs daily. She implements creative lesson plans with hands on activities that keep the children engaged, learning and having fun!

Maverick

Mr. Maverick joined The Goddard School in 2025 as a co-lead pre-k teacher. He went to Kentucky State University where he received his CDA in early childhood education.
Trena

Trena joined The Goddard School in 2022 as a Lead Infant Teacher. She has been working in the preschool setting with infants since 2005. Trena has a Child Development Associate Degree.

Adrienne

Ms. Adrienne joined The Goddard School in 2025 as an assistant toddler teacher. She graduated from Anderson High School and has started her career in early childhood education with our school.
Amaya

Ms. A’Maya joined The Goddard School in 2025 as an assistant teacher in our bridge program. She is currently attending The University of Cincinnati studying Pre Business and minoring in Marketing.
Anastasia

Ms. Anastasia joined The Goddard School in 2024 as an Assistant Preschool Teacher. She has two years’ experience in childcare centers and plans to go back to school to get her degree in Early Childhood Education.
Ms Anntonita

Ms. Anntonita joined The Goddard School in 2023 as a Lead Infant Teacher. Within months of joining our program, she was nominated by the parents for The Teacher of the Year Award. Ms. Antonita (Ms. NeNe) goes above and beyond! She is so tender and loving with all the little babies, and just loves cuddling, singing and talking to them.

Ms. Gianna joined The Goddard School in 2024 as a Floater. She is currently attending The University of Cincinnati studying Elementary Education.
Ms I'Naya

Ms. I’Naya joined The Goddard School in 2024 as our cook and a floater and has worked her way into becoming an assistant toddler teacher. She is studying Psychology at Central State University and plans to also major in Social Work.
Irene

Ms. Irene joined The Goddard School in 2025 as an assistant teacher in our bridge program. She is currently attending The University of Cincinnati getting her associate degree in Early Childhood Education.
Kathryn

Katie M. joined The Goddard School in 2020 as an Assistant Infant Teacher. Since joining our program, she has been promoted to a Lead Preschool Teacher. Katie has been working in a preschool setting since 2017. Katie will be working to achieve a Child Development Associate Degree in the future.
Ms Kelsey

Ms. Kelsey joined The Goddard School in 2024 as a Lead Toddler Teacher. She has her bachelor’s degree in Studio Art, which she puts to amazing use when doing arts and crafts with her students. She has been working in the childcare field for eight years now.

Ms. Khadijah joined The Goddard School in 2024 as an assistant toddler teacher. She has worked in childcare for many years and loves watching the growth of the children through education. She has received a certificate for STNA and is currently working on her LPN.
Khamyla

Ms. Khamyla joined The Goddard School in 2025 as an assistant infant teacher. She is currently attending Bowling Green University, where she is studying to get her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.

Ms. Madeline joined The Goddard School in 2025 as an assistant teacher in our preschool program. She attended Bellarmine University where she received her bachelor’s degree in art administration. She then attended The Ohio State University where she was going to receive her master’s degree in Theatre Education.

Ms. Marissa joined The Goddard School in 2025 as an assistant infant teacher. She attended Wright State University and received her bachelor’s in international studies and minored in International Business. She decided that she wanted to work with children after she went on a study abroad trip to South Africa working with children and leadership skills.

Ms. Mary Catherine joined The Goddard School in 2025 as an assistant infant teacher. She graduated from Muskingum University with her bachelor’s degree in Primary Education.
Ms Megan

Ms. Megan joined The Goddard School as an Assistant Pre-K teacher in 2023. She has been working in childcare since 2020 and has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and a minor in Professional Education.
Preonna

Ms. Preonna joined The Goddard School in 2024 as an Assistant Infant Teacher. She has two years of in-home childcare experience and is working on getting her degree in Pediatric Nursing at the Arizona State University.
RaNayah

Ms. RaNayah joined The Goddard School in 2025 as an assistant toddler teacher. She is currently attending The University of Cincinnati studying Psychology. She has worked with children while working at dance camps and Bearcat Buddies.
Ms Rian

Ms. Rian joined The Goddard School in 2024 as an Assistant Infant Teacher. She has been working in early childhood education since 2017. Ms. Rian believes that education is a window of opportunity and the key to a bright future that begins at birth.
Ms Shelby

Ms. Shelby joined The Goddard School in 2023 as an Assistant Infant Teacher and has since worked her way into becoming a Lead Infant Teacher. Shelby loves enhancing our little babies’ learning experiences through many activities such as arts and crafts, reading stories, singing songs, and many active play activities.
